Heart Coherence
Hello there, my friend. Life can be challenging, for sure. And yet when you access the full capacity of your nervous system, the challenge becomes invigorating — it becomes fun. You start to see all the wonderful opportunities that are available to you, all the time.
Those opportunities are to make the most of every moment of life. In the morning, that oftentimes looks like playing and being silly like a child with whomever you live with — starting the day with a wonderful, positive flow of energy. It also lets you focus and compete to complete as much as you can throughout the day. And that will make you feel better about yourself. Your self-esteem will shine, because your nervous system will know — or be personally aware — that you were incredibly productive. Having a bad day? Be productive, and watch how good you feel afterward.

Gaining access to your nervous system, as effectively as possible, always begins with something called heart coherence. And heart coherence is simple: you breathe through your nose while focusing on your heart. That alone causes the body to begin to function effectively. There’s a whole lot of science underneath it — for one, breathing through your nose helps generate the chemicals your body needs to function well. But the heart of it, literally, is this.
When you breathe through your nose and focus on your heart, something powerful happens. Your brain becomes focused, and there’s literally a kind of force field around your head — created by the power coming from your heart.
It’s like the mass of a sun, which keeps the sun from spreading out into the universe. And like an atom, which holds together because of the mass at its center.
That center of an atom creates a membrane around the outside — except the membrane isn’t physical. It’s a force field of energy. An electrostatic field, my friend. That’s the actual science, and it applies directly to you. That’s it: breathe through the nose, focus on your heart, and you’ve caused your nervous system to stand up in a state of attention. The energy in your nervous system is not only more powerful with more energy, but it is coherent, or more graceful in how it moves around in your body. But standing up is one thing, walking around all day is another level of challenge.
Because here’s the truth most people never hear — the most powerful energy source inside your body is your heart. Not your lungs. Not your brain. Not your stomach. The heart is your power source. By simply breathing through your nose and focusing on your heart, you’ve awakened the power of your body. You’ve ignited the energy.
But, if this effective way of breathing and grounding your thoughts down into your heart isn’t yet a habit, the increased energy that allows your nervous system to stand up from the increased energy of your heart drops back to where it normally idles and the full capacity of your nervous system is lost. And when it does, you start leaking focus. You drift to things you saw on television or social media, and the effectiveness of your nervous system is lost — because it’s no longer grounded and protected by the forcefield of focus generated from the powerful center, your heart.
For a large part of your day — I’d say better than half, probably closer to three-quarters — your energy isn’t vibrating fast enough, because your heart hasn’t been conditioned to stand up and generate more. You’ve lost your coherence, and you’re interacting with time and space in a slower, more primitive way that quietly reduces the quality of your life and your ability to create and enjoy abundance.
It’s like your body is laying on the ground crawling — instead of getting up and running and jumping and soaring.
Your brain, when it’s nurtured well, wants to run and jump and shine and soar. So does your heart. The potential is in there. But you have to empower it — you have to cause your heart to generate more energy. And there’s no shortcut: you breathe through your nose, you let the chemicals generate, and that, combined with the energy flowing down from your brain into your heart, ramps the heart up to vibrate faster and generate more. Suddenly you have that force field around your brain again, and you can focus, perceive, interpret and express yourself with you full capacity of energy. I believe you will be amazing when you do. Nothing short of amazing. But you cannot do it until you condition your nervous system to operate at full capacity.
And this changes something deep. It frees you from the fear-based consciousness that most of the world runs on — the “I gotta get mine, or somebody’s gonna get mine.” In its place: I’m capable. I’m aware. It’s safe. I’m going to make a contribution, and I don’t have to worry about someone taking mine. That’s a fundamental shift in your psychology — and it starts in your chest.
Everything you’ve just read is how you stand up — how you ignite coherence and feel it once. And feeling it once is real. But staying coherent, all day, through the busy and the difficult — that takes conditioning. Think of how we learned as children: first we learned to stand, then to take one step, then another, before we ever ran or jumped or climbed. Sustaining your coherence works the same way. You’re training your nervous system to empower itself — the heart fired up, generating the energy that holds your focus, the same way a sun or an atom holds its field, except it’s your energy, the energy you were built to have.
That conditioning — learning to walk, then run, then soar in your own coherence — is what we’ll do together. This was how to stand up. The course is how to walk, skip, run, dance & soar.
Breathe through your nose. Focus on your heart. Stand your nervous system up — and let’s teach it to soar.
